Explanation: We submit your application to the
aforementioned recognized university. Your further admission will
be accomplished in the aforementioned university or another
University with the same ranking and recognition, in the same
admission session. The possibility of admission depends on the
availability of seats at the university.
Attention: The universities in Poland do not consider application
documents officially without the initial processing fee payment.

Tuition and Other Fees

Payment before Visa;
· Initial Consultation, Arrangement of Offer Letter,
Preparation of Documents, Processing of Electronic
Application, Translation of Documents: 500 EUR payable to
the bank account of “Study in Poland” Sp. z o. o. to
initiate your Admission procedure at the university.
· Tuition fee: 1200 EUR Per year – Payable entirely or for 1st
Semester (600 EUR) from your country to the University Bank
Account specified on the Offer Letter. This sum is Fully
Refundable in the event of Visa Refusal.
· Monthly Accommodation Fee: 120 EUR for a renovated and
furnished room. (Payable monthly or yearly)

Miscellaneous Payments after Visa;

Insurance Fee: 150 EUR Per year
Visa Extension & Resident Permit: 300 EUR Paid only once for the
entire duration of studies.
Airport Clearance, Reception and transport to the University,
Admission Assistance, Insurance Assistance, Resident Permit
Assistance, Services, and Follow-up: 600 EUR payable to the bank
account of “Study in Poland” Sp. z o. o. following the issuance of
a Study Visa from the embassy of Poland.

Expenses incurred within the first year;

Tuition fee: 1200 EUR per year
Accommodations: 120 EUR per month
Miscellaneous Payments: + 1050 EUR
Grand Total: = 2370 EUR including one
month of dormitory lodging.
Tuition Fee for Second year & Subsequently: 1200 EUR Per year

Step One; Payment of Processing Fee

To begin the Admission Procedure, please pay the Processing Fee
for Initial Consultation, Arrangement of Offer Letter, Document
Preparation, Processing of Electronic Application, Document
Translation into Polish, and Courier Service: 500 EUR to the

Upon receipt of payment, we shall expeditiously furnish you with your

esteemed University Offer Letter within a span of three to five
business days.

Step Two; Payment of Tuition Fee

Tuition fee: 1200 EUR per year – the payment may be made
in its entirety or through installments, commencing with the 1st
semester (600 EUR). In the unfortunate circumstance of a Visa denial,
the entire sum will be reimbursed without any deductions.

Upon successful completion of your Tuition Fee payment, the

University will promptly issue an Acceptance/Visa letter to you within
a maximum of three working days.

Step Three; Visa Processing at the Embassy of Poland/ VFS

Once you have received the Acceptance/Visa Letter via email, it is
advisable to arrange an appointment with the Polish embassy in your
country or a nearby location to proceed with the submission of your
visa application. The processing time for the Student Visa Application
is typically 10-21 working days.

Step Four; Payment of Miscellaneous Expenses

Once your student visa is granted, you must pay 500 EUR for
Airport Clearance, Reception and transport to the University,
Admission Assistance, Insurance Assistance, Resident Permit
Assistance, Consultancy, and Follow-up Services to the bank account
of “Study in Poland” Sp. z o. o. Once settled, kindly share the proof

pleasant stay at the university's dormitory.

Step Five; Air Ticket

Upon receipt of the final payment from your country, you must
promptly acquire an airline ticket to Poland to commence your
educational pursuits without delay. Poland boasts several international
airports, with Warsaw Chopin Airport being widely regarded as the
most convenient option. Recommendation: Should you require
professional assistance and guidance at the airport, we kindly suggest
reaching out to our dedicated staff. Please ensure that you submit your

Step Six; Meet & Greet, Airport Reception & Travel to University
Upon your arrival in Poland, a designated staff member will be
present at the airport to greet you and provide transportation to the
University. Our team will assist you with the registration process at the
university and facilitate the arrangement of your housing
accommodations. Our team will assist you in compiling the necessary
documentation from multiple organizations to facilitate the submission
process for your visa extension. This will enable the issuance of a
residency card for the duration of your studies.
