Main technical parameters of product
Note: Descent velocity of all the lift platforms in the list is adjustable.
Anti-wind capability of all the lift platforms in the list is weaker than strong breeze.
Components of Product
Full Electric Scissor Lift usually consists of four components: that is mechanical structure,
hydraulic system, electrical system and electric driving system.
Product Structure
Mechanical structure of lift platform usually consists of three parts as chassis, scissor arm
support, and operation platform. Main structures are welded with high strength manganese
steel molding pipe with high strength and nice appearance.
Hydraulic System
Motor driven hydraulic pump absorbs oil from oil tank, pushes hydraulic cylinder rod with
that pressure at the same time, afterwards lift platform will uplift vertically under the action
of cylinder rod.
When lift platform is descending, pressure oil reflows to oil tank from magnetic valve under
the control of governor valve and flow valve.
When lift platform is overloaded, overflow valve opens automatically and pressure oil will
reflow to oil tank through overflow valve while lift platform does not ascend. Hydraulic
cylinder does not have descent governor valve, ensuring always normal descent velocity in
the circumstance of oil pipe rupturing. See hydraulic principle diagram as hydraulic operating

Electrical System
It is controlled through cascade of motor, AC contactor, relay, limit switch and fuse.
It is controlled with 24V low-tension circuit to ensure operation security.
Electrical control mode falls into point mode and self-holding mode. See electrical principle
diagram as operating principle diagram.

Examination Before Use
To ensure lifting platform in good operation condition, conduct inspection as following
before operation.
A. integrity of power line and socket.
Method of Operation
A. Shove off the landing outrigger and adjust its bolt (see above) to make the lift platform
forced by the landing outrigger and the lift platform remains level.
B. Switch on the power, when the indicator light is on, press the operating button to start.

H. Lift platform has been debugged strictly before leaving factory. Adjust pressure regulating
valve at ransom may lead to improper operation of system. Non-professional can not
adjust pressure regulating valve discretionarily.
I. Dismantle any part of hydraulic system when the pressure is fully released.
Monthly Maintenance
Operating personnel get into the lift platform when maintain, so the lift platform must be
caught to avoid sudden fall, which may lead to casualties.
A. Inspect the lubrication and wear of check roller, jack shaft and bearings, oil cylinder pin
and bearings, arm support hinged shaft and bearings.
B. Add above components lubricant to extend the service life of bearings.
C. Inspect hydraulic oil and oil level. When the lift platform rises to its highest point, the
hydraulic oil level should be 40-50mm higher than tank bottom. When the hydraulic oil
becomes dark, tacky, or there sands and foreign matters in it, hydraulic oil should be
changed in time. The hydraulic system of lift platform uses 32# hydraulic oil.
Year-end Maintenance
A. Check the joint between hydraulic line and pipe. The pipe should be changed if it is
broken; if the joint is loose, the pipe joint should be tightened.
B. Dismantle the lowering valve, and the valve plug should be blown with the
compressed air and reinstalled.
C. Empty the oil tank and open it, get out and clean the oil-absorbing filter than
reinstall it in the same place. Fill the oil tank with oil again.
Emergency Descent
This function can be executed if the power is off suddenly when the operating personnel
on the lift platform are operation or if a sudden failure which makes the lift platform
unable to descend.
Bear the valve plug of lift-valve by using screwdriver and other tools, and then screw the
valve plug hard until the lift platform begins to descend.
