SYSTEM WARRANTY:
Warranties of equipment as provided by the manufacturers shall be passed on to the Client by Jakson Limited/Waaree.

Warrantyshall commence from the date of supply of equipment. Standard warranties are as mentioned below:

Exclusions: The warranty will be not be applicable under following conditions:

 Product that has been unkempt, damaged, subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or not maintained
as per product manual.
 Any unauthorized tampering on the electrical parts and connections
 Any damage to the electrical component due to heavy fault on account of abnormal conditions in the local grid
 Product that has been subjected to abnormal environmental conditions such as acid rain or other such similar
conditions, viz. unprecedented heavy winds & rains etc

ROAD PERMIT:
Client shall provide Road Permit directly to the Material Vendor, if applicable

FORCE MAJEURE:
A Force Majeure shall mean any event or circumstance which is unforeseeable, insurmountable and outside the control
of the party which invokes it, to the extent it directly prevents that party from performing any of its obligations under
the Contract and is due exclusively to natural causes of an extraordinary nature which have been officially declared by
local authorities as natural catastrophe/ war between sovereign powers/ insurrection; military action; incendiaries,
catastrophic fire; earth-quake; explosion; or embargo (occurring after the effective date), National strikes.
