1.0 Aim of the Micro-Project :


Apply unit operation and unit process in chemical industries.

2.0 Course Outcomes Addressed:


Use relevant equipment for the control of air pollution in chemical process industry
3.0 Proposed Methodology :
1) To discuss with guide regarding various Micro-Projects and then I will select one of them as my project.
2) After getting clear idea about the topic I will submit the project proposal to the guide
3) I will refer different books, website to take the related information for my project.
4) I will show the collected information to the guide.
5) Then one day I will prepare the project.
6) I will show the report to the guide and make the necessary changes.
7) Then I will prepare a rough report of the project and get it check by the guide.
8) Afterwards I will submit the fair report to the guide along with the report and viva.

Title of Micro-Project: Presentation on Incinerator

1.0 Rationale:
Chemical technologists have to deal with Environmental Pollution and control in chemical process
industries. They have to apply environmental science, environmental monitoring and electronic devices used
for monitoring and analysis of environmental pollution generated by various sources. Information about the
environmental Pollution. and control methods may used to control air and water pollution. They have to
undertake waste water treatment, solid waste management and environmental audit with ISO 14000. This
course is designed to equip the students with necessary knowledge and skills related to the environmental
pollution and control for effectively performing the job role.
