IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS
Program Title
(SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024)
The conduct of In-Service Training for Teachers will provide quality
professional development programs for teachers and school leaders.

The training will address and resolve areas of need of the teachers to
continuously improve and develop their competencies in the delivery of

Sources of Fund School MOOE and Other Resources

With the aim to produce competent life-long learners, the Buga National
High School conducts this training program to address the learning gaps
Rationale identified during continuous monitoring of the Department of Education
(DepEd), to meet the required essential learning competencies, and to give
an additional pedagogical time to teachers for the In-Person classes.

The main objective of this training is to help school administrator and


teachers identify human resource and organizational development needs in
