 Terms and Conditions
1. All the prices are inclusive of GST.
2. These special prices are exclusively applicable for ONGC employees. To avail EPP the following needs to be done:
(a) For booking, it is mandatory to submit a scanned copy of ONGC Employee ID card and a valid Govt. ID card for verification.
(b) For placing order via email, a formal order confirmation shall be sent to [email protected] from
ONGC employee’s official email address along with the screenshot of the payment, employee ID card.
3. The prices and offers are valid till 31 July 2024. Kindly refer to the latest offer prices.
4. The above mentioned offers are dynamic and this offers can change without any prior intimation as per company’s policy.
5. For booking, it is mandatory to make an advance payment of Rs.2,000 through UPI transaction/ Net Banking. Balance due

8. Refund and Return Policy
• There will be no refund/ return/ exchange applicable on the EPP offer.
• Orders for the respective model & colour once placed cannot be cancelled/modified. Preference of colour is subjected to stock
availability, if preferred colour is out of stock, then modification in the order shall be done upon customer’s consent.
