(B). Discribe the teaching of the centurion servant

√ Centurion was a title given a Roman Amy officer

of death.

of work where they are rickly skilled while other workers specialise else
where.

there is endless pursuit of educational advancement in their different

require certain material values in life, for example TV sets and mobile
telephone.

√ Favoritism:- some employee favorite people of their own tribes,
clans and friends to take up the high paying jobs.

heavy tax which reduces one's operation capital and salary.

√ Lacking of training:- some companies rarely throw nem employees


onto front line, Foreign them to land on their own people.

√ Exploitation:- most workers today complained of being created on


their wages by their employees, they are payed less and payment delayed.

√ Low motivation and job satisfaction, some workers complain of low


motivation especially allowance, transport cost.

Jeremiah.
√ There was political instability when Jeremiah
was growing up. Powerful nations like Babylonia,

Isreal.

Ashurbanipal was king of Assyria.

South Sudan.
√ Human rights commission:- this organization
was created to promote and protect human rights of
individual citizens in the country.
√ Constitutional government:- in 2011 South
Sudan constitution remains the supreme law of this
country today to ensure justice.
√ International treaties:- there is the respect of
international treaties that upon justice to which
South Sudan is a signatory. Eg South Sudan
collaborated with Uganda, Sudan etc
√ The police:- this as civil authority, helps
enforcing laws and orders in society.
√ Anti-corruption bodies:- a number of bodies
have been founded to fight corruption in the country,
which it self is an injustice.
√ The army:- given the strick army code of
conduct have help people now feel safe with their
lives and property and their motherland.
√ Traditional leaders:- they are responsible for
ensuring that cultural justice prevails among the
people.
(b). What are the shortcomings in administering
justice in South Sudan.
√ Corruption:- some officers in judiciary system
could delayed the court hearing or even hide away
the files on the case.
√ Delayed justice:- delayed judgement of some
cases take along spell of time even when justice is
urgently needed. E.g delay justice is denied justice.
√ Political interference:- politicians and high
ranking government officials are said to interfere
with the work of the judiciary which block true
justice.
√ Unemployment:- joblessness had led to wide
spread poverty as a result, youth restort to criminal
practice.
√ Power struggle:- since independent, South
Sudan has suffer endless rebellion in their scramble
for power hindering of justice.
√ Commercialized justice:- the poor who cannot
afford high pay for good lawyers, could get
innocently victimized in favour of the rich who could
be actually guilty.
