Abstract:
As far as you know that, there are huge massive Job Employment, Enriching Natural Resources and Potential
Capacities for Domestic and Foreign Investment in my Home Country of AFGHANISTAN particularly in
Tourism Sector but because of Long-Time Systematic and Deliberated USA-Afghan Client State Corrupted
Attempts in failure of institutionalizing a National Strong and Competence Governance in favor of achieving the
Key Components of USA-IRAN Containment Strategy [USICOS] as well as the consequence of almost Two
Decades Military Intervention led by the USA and its allies, the Situation of my Country has been drastically
shifted into Full anarchism, instability and lack of Zero Law Enforcement and Normal Political Governance. Full
Destructive Meddling of Afghanistan Neighboring States along with Full Discrepancy and Corruption inside the
Taliban Interim Administration are added into current challenges and crisis. In addition, after Post-Republic
Regime, the Taliban Interim Administration has taken over the government and been marked as USA-UN GCCs
Client State Actor and one of the Key Driving Component of USA Containment Strategy [USICOS] in Middle
East and throughout the world, are not able to fully achieve the USA Goals and Objectives within the Containment
Strategy during the Window-Time and fully lost its Political Creditability, Legitimacy and Trustworthy before
the Afghanistan’s Neighbors especially IRAN. Thus, at the time being, the Taliban Interim Administration and
its Leadership are illegitimated in the light of IRAN’s Clergy Regime and cannot be tolerated by IRAN as the
Important and Great Political Actor in Afghanistan Theatre. Therefore, IRAN Clergy Regime will try hard to
destroy and sabotage the Current Political Backed USA-GCCs System and replace it with its own Fanatic
Extremist Hardliners who are fully equipped and trained by IRAN and Pakistan as the Possible Political
Alternative Option for New Islamic Regime in Afghanistan. Although, the Taliban Interim Administration and
its Political Leadership are fully lost the [Political Game/Scenario] in Afghanistan and Middle East as well. On
the other hand, since the Taliban-Takeover in August 2021, the economic situation of Afghanistan has not faced
with potential challenges and fallout based on updated reports of Trading, Export and Import, GDP, Custom
Audits and Revenues and inflation rate released by the Taliban Regime Authorities which were verified and
evaluated via a series of Reliable Academic Sources, International Organizations and Donors. Amongst all, the
Tourism Industry should be marked as one of the Key Sources of Afghanistan National Budget Fundraising
System but unfortunately due to lack of Systemic Problems, Infrastructural Shortfalls, Newly State Modernized
and Developing Policy, National Political Well and Determination, Ethnical Factionalism and Equal
Development Budget Sharing; the Afghanistan National Truism Industry-ANTI have not been grown up widely
and yet it is going forward traditionally and unexpanded. However, the Afghanistan has been historically called
as one the Geographical Truism-Attraction Spot in the region with hosting a series of historical, Religious,
Ancient, Cultural and Civilization Places including of Alexander the Great Castle in Herat, Buda Sculptures and
Statues in Bamyan, JAM Minaret in Ghor, Imam Ali Shrine in Balkh and many others. Therefore, the ANTI will
not be achieved unless a Fundamental Changes and Ideological Evolution occurs among the Afghan Society at
all aspect as well as allocating enough Budget for Equal and Social Development nationwide.

Since 2001, USA Invading Afghanistan and IRAQ all Democratic Institutions and Infrastructures had been
entirely either collapsed, integrated, melted or imposed into a series of WESTREN Modernized Ruling Models
which were not in consistence and harmonized with current idealistic circumstance and realities situation of
occupied both countries’ societies. In respect to Afghanistan, the USA administration and its Military Strategists
and Think-Tanks have pursued and initiate a sort of Policies and Governance Strategies to restore and form up a
Political Inclusive Democratic Ruling Model in order to gain USA-Long Term objectives and goals in the region
as well as to maintain and preserve the West Values and Principles including of Freedom of Speech and Election,
Freedom of Mass Media, Human Rights, Women Rights and Political Democracy and other key Substantial
Parameters for an Independent Islamic Democratic Regime in Afghanistan. But unluckily, the USA
Administration made irretrievable and uncompensated mistakes along the ROAD of Reconstruction and
Development of Afghanistan despite of investing and embezzlement of billions Dollars thereon. The lack of
STRONG and PRECISED Management of USA Budget and Reconstruction FUNDS had been gradually diverted
into the Black Ops as the part of USICOS that eventually led to massive corruptions, embezzlement and wasting
without Sustainable and Permanent Outputs and Impacts for the people of Afghanistan and its Ruling System.
One of the Key Major Fundraising Sources beside Economic Investment in the country used to be ANTI sector
but due to lack of Political Reluctance and Ethnological Differences and Antipathies among the Political Parties,
this Sector would not be able to improved and drawn up into the focus of foreign and Domestic Investments and
Rehabilitation Projects. Therefore, The USA itself, particularly Two Official USAGOV-Assigned Entities
[USAID and UNCS] have been considered as the Fundamental Problem and Obstacle ahead of ANTI-Sector due
to systemic deficiencies and failures as well as lacking Combined Integrated Decision Making Process and Policy
Makers.

Politics in Afghanistan has been
historically marked very complicated and
strange and gradually changes day by day.
The USA Backed-Regime in Afghanistan

aspects, the society that had been struggled

Integrity and National Dignity in spite of a series of failures and problems which were usually foreseen and
considered natural for a Fledging Islamic Democracy in an Undeveloped Region that has been faced with long-
time Civil War and Political Conflicts. But, during the Second Presidential Term led by QANI, everything has
shifted into wrong paths and all recent decade achievements and victories faded away in the event of USICOS
Project that totally caused to destroy and ruin all Afghanistan Key Core Sectors and returned back to the time of
Pre-USA Occupation. Currently, the Taliban Backed-Regime as the USA Poppet Lapdogs and Patrons are also
pursing same Stupid USA-Policy which has caused far greater Massive Damages and Fundamental Harms than
pervious USA-Backed Regime of QANI. However, it should not be slip that the USA Assigned Missions [USAID
and UNCS] have not played professionally in the Battle of Afghanistan specially in COVERT Ops, although, the
USA Estimated Goals and Objectives in Afghanistan and Region have been entirely fulfilled and successfully
achieved.

3. Non-State Actors
As the USA Containment Strategy had initiated in Afghanistan and Middle East to fully control and deter the
Hostile Countries within the [War on Terror Compiegne] in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Palestine; a
series of Afghan Militia Forces had been formed and fully trained with New Combat Guerilla and Paramilitary
Ops Techniques and Tactics from various Afghan Ethnicities to fulfill the Military and Intelligent Parts of USA
Containment Strategy [Soft/Hard War] in Afghanistan and Middle East Region. At the time being, the Taliban
Interim Administration does not have full control over these Afghan Militia Forces who are considered as
Potential Combat and Non-Combat Operational Forces in the Future Possible Regional War in Afghanistan and
its surrounded regions and it can be construed in a way that the USA-Biden Administration Are entirely dissuaded
of Current Situation of Afghanistan and willing to relegate the Full Control of Afghanistan to its own people and
leave the country forever. However, the USA Government has been pursing Double Standard Approach against
Afghan Militia Forces and allegedly planned to use them in future Military Option against IRAN as the part of
[USA-Vicious Cycle Game] in Afghanistan and region.
Therefore, as the consequence of USA Conspiracy Plot against the Afghan Militia Forces within the
[Radicalization Project] and lack of full Trustworthy between Taliban Interim Administration and its Neighbors
especially IRAN, the future prosperity and Political Stability and Peace Process in my home country is remained
unclear and totally obscure. So that, I and my entire family can be possibly as the Good Targets or Collateral
Damage for Taliban-USA Governments Non-State Actors irresponsibility, unaccountability, anarchism and brutal
acts of terrorism in Afghanistan. The Non-State Actors which potentially enable to harm Afghan Nation that is
fully controlled by Afghanistan Global Clandestine Covert Network Mafia-AGCCN are as follows:

 Fatemiyon [Hazarah-Shia GCCs Mercenary Black Ops Group and Rouge Proxies]
 Daesh [Hazarah-Shia GCCs Mercenary Black Ops Group and Rouge Proxies]
 Al-Qaeda [Hazarah-Sunni GCCs Mercenary Black Ops Group and Rouge Proxies]

Therefore, the USA-Administration must figure out how they are going to tackle down with Such Fundamental
Problems that would have been gradually shifted into [Existence Threat] for Political Sovereignty of Country and
Annihilation of Afghanistan. If, USA Assigned Missions [USAID and UNCS] keep continuing to support or
legitimize the existence of Non-State Actors, the future of Afghanistan shall be faced and encountered with

been entirely politicized and focused on the
goals and objectives of neighboring countries

not same as the modern countries in the region and across the world. This kind of Small Business needs to have
Official Authorization and Accredited Licenses in order to operate legally in any country and jurisdiction. The

Afghanistan at the UNSCO-ranking despite of Potential and Valuable Capacities to be marked as Unique and
Spectacular Tourists and Travelers Attraction Hot-Spot for foreigners and international passengers. Moreover,
the only Secured Transportation Paths across Afghanistan and aboard mostly at the Tourist-Sites/Cities are via
Domestic and International Private-State Airliners which costs huge money and expanses for an ordinary Traveler
inside Afghanistan and aboard. That’s why, beside International Tourism Attraction, the Domestic Traveling or
Tourism faces up with difficulties and some Policy Adaptation and Law Enforcement. The Important and Critical
issue right now is Politicization of ANTI-Sector and MAFIA involvement hereof which causes a lot of problems
and constraints. Therefore, despite of long Outstanding Efforts and Hardworking in this Private-Sector during the
previous Administration regarding of modernization of tourism industry, policy making and widely administrative
reforms, nothing has been significantly improved or upgraded during the Taliban Regime but rather the ANTI-
sector is going down and about to be fully shut down and ineffective as the consequences of Taliban Regime
Illogical Policy Making and Unprofessional Strategy Adaptation and lack of Zero Experiences and knowledge in
this Important Private Sector.
ANTI-Renovation and Modernization Strategy

Renovation and Modernization Strategy-RMS didn’t consider a crucial factor in Afghanistan Development and
Reconstruction Process during last two decades foreign occupation led by the USA and its allies. Billions USA-
Dollars and International FUNDS has been contributed and spent here without Strategic Planning and Sustainable
Outputs and Effects. Moreover, since the occupation, all Afghanistan Governments have been entirely focused
on other Immediate Crisis and Problems in order to tackle down and remove it temporarily instead of deeply
speculation, planning and policy making and decision that it is evaluated natural and wisely expectations and
demands. During last decades of USA-Military Intervention in Afghanistan, the Afghan Statesmen and Elites as
well as their Foreign Mentors and Specialist had been struggled and entangled in restoring and forming up a
Democratic Islamic Political System along with Modernized Legislative Institutions, Electorate Organization and

plus secure environmental premises as a Tourism-Spot for Ordinary-Afghan Citizens and Non-Afghan Citizens,
the future of RMS-Dream Foreign and National Investment in ANTI-sector shall be dark and unclear unless the
USA-Administration takes immediate course of actions to settle down with Taliban Regime to form up a New
Inclusive Government with NEW Afghan Famed Figures and entirely STOP the Proxy-War Training Camps and
Integrated all Animals into the Official Afghan Military Armed Forces. However, this Tactical Course of Action
Is NO longer effective and helpful to gain USA and its allies interests in Afghanistan, region and throughout the
world at all but very harmful, Expensive and Useless.

means, YES, YOU ARE DEFINTELY RIGHT! WE ARE IN THE SAME PAGE. THE USA SHALL NOT BE
ABLE TO ACHIEVE, MAINTIAN, WHITEWASH ITS GOALS, INTERESTS AND OBJECTIVES IN
AFGHANISTAN AND REGION AT ALL. IT IS RIGHT TIME AND WISELY POLITICAL APPROACH FOR
USA-ADMINSTRATION TO ENTIRELY WITHDRAW FROM AFGHANISTAN AND MIDDLE EAST AND
STOP WASTING USA-TAXPAYERS FUNDS FOR BOUNCH OF ANIMALS AND DIRTY PROXY-WAR.
