importance.

Performance Task 3
From among the five phases of Teaching Internship, which seems to be difficult? Why?

From the five phases of Teaching Internship, On-site tasks is the most difficult for
me. We have a lot of different tasks to accomplish every day. There are some tasks that
is not easy to accomplish in just a day. We are facing different kinds of scenarios or
situations every day, and I believe that it is the most difficult thing we need to
accomplish every time we are in school because of different kinds of student’s behavior
they have.

Closure Activity

Reflection
How can I enjoy my Teaching Internship to the fullest?
I believe to enjoy my Teaching Internship, the first thing we need to do is to build
rapport with different kinds of Teachers and students that we encounter with every day.
This is exactly what I want, to have fun while teaching and to teach by heart. For me, yes
teaching is stressful if we stress ourselves. But if we can handle it by heart, it would be
fun and exciting. According to my observations during our Field Study, my Cooperating
Teacher always handled the class smoothly knowing that the students are too noisy and
too stubborn. It is because her passion is to teach, she can handle it no matter how hard
to handle the students are. And that is what I want to adopt to my Cooperating Teacher,
be more patience but always have an authority.
