ABSTRACT
This paper presents an innovative approach to database management using
artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline the report-making process. Traditional
methods of data aggregation and reporting often involve time-consuming
manual interventions, which can lead to errors and inefficiencies. By leveraging
AI-driven algorithms, our system automates data retrieval, processing, and
visualization, significantly enhancing the accuracy and speed of report
generation.

We explore the integration of machine learning techniques to identify patterns


and insights within large datasets, enabling dynamic report creation tailored to
specific user needs. Furthermore, natural language processing (NLP)
capabilities allow for the generation of descriptive summaries, making complex
data more accessible to stakeholders.

Our findings demonstrate that AI-driven database management not only reduces
operational costs but also improves decision-making processes by providing
timely and relevant information. The implications of this research extend across
various industries, suggesting a paradigm shift in how organizations manage
data and generate reports. Future work will focus on refining these algorithms
and expanding their applicability to diverse data environments.
