Introduction by the narrator :

(Narrator giving intro )

Hello all, let us take you to a board meeting of doctors, nurses and other healthcare industry
employees. We have selected this topic bcos we have one of the team members who is a doctor and
this is an experience she had during Covid time. Let's see how it goes. let me introduce you to the
characters:

CHRO
HR
Nurses rep-2
Doctors-2

Scene 1

Random groups of people interacting as they are arriving for a meeting. They have stress,
anger etc in their faces. They are intensely planning to question the senior management during
the meeting scheduled for the day as they are pissed off with the heavy workload and the
mismanagement.
(voiceover)

Scene 2:
Angry and stressed employees banging and entering the meeting room. Could throw their
notepads and pens onto the table. Sit without respect, without proper dress code.
(Voiceover)

Scene 3:
CHRO & HR enter for the meeting. They are formal and calm, wanting to create a pleasant
atmosphere. They have smile on their face, greet everyone; but no one is giving respect.
Employees are on their phones, giving no concern for the senior managers.

(Voiceover)

CHRO starts addressing the group.


People start raising questions by cutting the CHRO out.
HR trying to calm the employees down. But they do not calm down. They are angry and violent
(tense music).

They point Fingers at the managers. Cut each other and talk in between.
(tense music)

CHRO trying to speak amidst the chaos.


Lots of Disagreements from the employees for whatever the managers say.
People consciously show they are not interested by Using phones and laughing at and Mocking
the CHRO.

Scene 4
Narrator explaining the situation, pointing out the informal cues.

Scene 5
Now the HR, CHRO, is also angry seeing the employees behavior. They also starts angry
conversations.
(Tense music)

Lot of arguments.
Finally the managers storm off

Scene 6 : Narrator describing what all went bad in this scene
