adhere to all the rules, instructions, and regulations of the institution, and I understand that I may face disciplinary action if I fail to comply.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
(The following instruction must be scrupulously followed by the Candidates)
1. Date of the Exam: 30-November--0001.
2. Time of the Exam: 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM (Duration: 03 Hours only)
3. Exam Centre's Gate will be closed: 10:30 a.m.
4. This Printed Copy of ‘Application Form’ will be treated as your Admit Card / Hall Ticket.
5. Alteration of Test / Exam Centre is not allowed. (Candidates registered for an Exam Centre are not allowed to attend or sit or appear at another Exam Centre.)
6. Candidates must bring any valid ID proof (Example: Aadhaar Card, School Identity Card, Class V/VI/VII/VIII/IX/X/XII Admit Card, Passport, PAN Card etc) in Exam Centre.
7. The process of ‘Admission Test / Admission Cum Scholarship Test’ is OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) based.
8. Darken the circle as shown in example on OMR Answer Sheet will be provided before commencement of exam. Answer once darkened is final. No change is permitted.
9. Candidates must use the Answer Sheet provided and write your details on specified spaces on the OMR sheet which is asked for.
10. The candidate has to ascertain first, that the OMR provided to him/her is in good condition, before starting use of the same.
11. It is the candidate's responsibility to correctly encode and fill in the ‘Ten Figure Exam Code’ and ‘Test Booklet Series’ (A, B, C, or D) in the specified spaces on the OMR Answer Sheet, without any
omission or discrepancy at the appropriate place in the OMR Answer Sheet. Any omission / discrepancy will render the OMR Answer Sheet liable for rejection.
12. Immediately after the commencement of the Examination, candidate should carefully check that this Test Booklet does not have any unprinted or torn or missing pages or items etc. If so, get it
replaced by a complete new Test Booklet.
13. Do not fold, tear, wrinkle or staple the OMR sheet.
14. Do not do any rough work on the OMR sheet. Sheets for rough work will be left / appended at the bottom of every page in the Test Booklet itself.
15. Candidates are required to mark the correct answer choice by shading the circle completely with only black ball point pen. (Pen of any other colour or pencil is not allowed).
16. Only one circle, i.e., the correct one should be darkened. Answer darkened in more than one circle for a particular question shall not be evaluated and the answer will be invalid.
17. An examinee must not bring any loose paper, book, etc. to the Examination Hall. Any examinee found in possession of even loose papers will be EXPELLED.
18. An examinee must not talk to, disturb, or seek help from a fellow examinee during the examination.
19. Any mechanical or digital calculating device (Smart Watch, Mobile, calculator etc.) shall not be used by the examinee during the examination.
20. No candidate will be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before completion of 3 hours.
21. Contravention of any of the instructions mentioned above shall render a candidate liable for disciplinary action as per rule and candidature shall be null and void.
