cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Mindanao. Meanwhile, Metro
October 18-19 Manila and the rest of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with
isolated afternoon or evening rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies.

By Sunday and Monday (October 20-21), a low pressure area (LPA) within the
Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is expected to enter the Philippine Area of
Responsibility (PAR). This weather disturbance may bring mostly cloudy skies with
October 20-21 scattered rains and thunderstorms to Quezon, Mimaropa, the Bicol Region, Visayas,
and Mindanao. Meanwhile, easterlies will continue to create partly cloudy to cloudy
skies with isolated afternoon or evening rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro
Manila and the rest of the country.
The development of this LPA into a tropical depression is possible on Sunday or
Monday.
From Tuesday to Friday (October 22-25), as the weather disturbance moves
westward, cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains and thunderstorms may
occur in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and the Bicol Region.
October 22-25 Mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are also likely in
Palawan, Western Visayas, the Negros Island Region, and much of Mindanao.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to
cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
