HAZOP: PFR (Plug Flow Reactor)

 PFR is used to perform the

Sodium Acetate.
 Tank 1 and pump 1 store and
supply NaOH to the reactor.
 Tank 2 and pump 2 store and
supply Sodium Acetate to
reactor.
 Heater is used to maintain the
temperature of the reactor
