Responsibilities:

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities
include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team
environment.

• Under close supervision, performs routine tier-one Helpdesk computer support and
responds to user requests. Will assist users in resolving problems through diagnosis and
discussion of the particular problem. Will take the necessary steps to recognize the
problem, isolate, and resolve the problem. Typically resolves problems of a moderate
level of complexity, referring more difficult problems to senior-level personnel.
• Performs basic workstation and network troubleshooting analysis and problem resolution.
• Performs basic hardware and software installation.
• Performs computer and peripheral (printer, A/V, etc.) setup and maintenance.
• Assists with backup, archiving, and restoration of data and electronic media.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer related field and two years related experience or Diploma
degree in computer related field with four years of experience required.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and prevailing office software required.
• Some experience in computer support or customer service desired.
• Shift time - 6.00pm to 3.00am (India time) - Monday through Friday. - Full-time
remote/Hybrid
• Location - Mumbai – Andheri.
