Educational requirements and certificates: ~ Computer network engineers need to possess an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunication or related field. Some organizations do consider professionals with other graduate degrees but with accredited network certification programs offered by Novell, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard and others.

2. Abilities: ~ Professionalism is required in all communication with the clients (phone calls, emails); ~ Initiative is required in day to day tasks; ~ Passion for IT and Networking technologies and strong interest in self-development; ~ Strong team spirit and involvement; ~ Punctuality and flexibility; ~ Schedule adherence is one of the objectives of your activity and it will be taken into account during your performance evaluation; ~ Ability to listen, learn and improve; ~ Excellent English skills, both written and verbal. 3. Experience: ~ 2 years of experience in a similar function; Responsabilities: Working in close collaboration with your colleagues to ensure that service delivery to the customer is of the highest standard; Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure; Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection; Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords; Monitoring network usage; Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards; Analysing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password;

Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet; Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence; Working closely with other departments/organisations and collaborating with other IT staff; Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work; Managing the website; Monitoring the use of the web by employees.
