 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
� The booking of the scooter will only be done after depositing the booking
amount of 500 and later you will get the discount of Rs1000 on the total price
of the scooter during delivery.
� In case of non-purchase of the electric scooter, the booking amount will not
be refunded.
� There will be two closings every month which will happen on 15th and
30th/31st of every month.
� Payment will be sent to the bank account of the member within 5 working
days of every closing.
� KYC is mandatory for withdrawal.
� 5% admin charges will be deducted from the withdrawal amount and the rest
of the money will be transferred to the bank account of the individual.
� TDS deduction will be as per Government Rule.
� The loan of the electric scooter will be arranged by the financial institutions,
there will be no interference of the company in that.
� The booking amount will not be refunded if the loan is not sanctioned by the
financial institutions.
� The Company reserves the right to reject the booking amount of any member.
� The company can make changes in the above rules at any time, the decision
of the company will be the final decision.
� In case of any kind of dispute, the decision of Lucknow Court will be final
decision.
� In case of payment by cheque, the booking will be valid only after the
booking amount is credited to the company's account.
