DAY 1

centres of commerce and finance. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to the
hotel.rest all day and let your body adjust to the time zone, this is one of the top travel tips for
USA lovers and they should always follow it.

DAY 2
New York City Tour After breakfast, we proceed for a City Tour of New York. The sightseeing will
include USA's famous landmark, "Statue of Liberty." We will take a ferry ride to Liberty Island
for a spectacular view of the New York City Skyline. Next, we experience the view of a lifetime
from the 86th floor of the Empire State Building. Later in the day we will see Rockefeller Centre,

Wall Street, Ground Zero and Central Park .

DAY 3
Travel to Buffalo, fly/or by road, to view the world-famous falls, Niagara fall which form one of
the natural Wonders of the World We will board the famous boat, "Maid of the Mist," which
takes us close to the thundering falls and around the American and Horseshoe Falls (seasonal).
Return to the hotel to freshen up after your damp ride.

DAY 4

Fly to Atlanta. As the "New Capital of the South, with fine dining, museums, theatre, attractions
and world-class shopping, Atlanta has something for everyone. Spend some time in shopping in
one of the numerous malls or head to downtown for an evening out.

DAY 5
Today we depart to Orlando by flight. Orlando is the sixth largest city of Florida and is also
known to be its largest inland city. The presence of the Disney World theme park has made this
city a well-known vacation spot. This city is said to welcome more than 52 million tourists every
year. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel , Will rest after dinner.

DAY 6

Today you will visit the Magic Kingdom, which covers 107 acres and was opened on October
1,1971. It's been dubbed "The Most Magical Place on Earth!" and is home to seven themed
lands, and dozens of attractions that appeal to all ages. It is the place where storybook fantasy
is everyday reality, and Disney classics are brought to life.From the moment you step onto Main
Street USA, you are transported to a place where the cares of the outside world seem to
magically melt away.

DAY 7

After breakfast, Depart for the airport to board your flight for Miami. transferred to the hotel
from airport. Bus Miami to West Palm Beach & Board Cruise Ship (L/D) Today between 11am
and 12am you will catch a bus from Miami to West Palm Beach to board your cruise ship in time
for a Welcome Aboard celebration at noon and a buffet lunch. After lunch, enjoy optional
activities like a pool party or a ship tour. At 16:00 you will have an orientation meeting as the
ship leaves port to brief you on the trip and all of the amazing services available on the ship and
a quick safety drill. Spend the rest of your day and evening relaxing in your cabin or enjoying

Vancouver City Tour After breakfast visit the beautiful Stanley Park, a spectacular green oasis
amidst Vancouver's urban landscape. After enjoying the park, the Vancouver Art Gallery is an
art museum in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The museum is located near Robson
Square in downtown Vancouver. End your day by visiting Vancouver's horticultural gem, the
wonderful Queen Elizabeth Park.

DAY 10

Today we drive to the beautiful city of Whistler, renowned worldwide as one of the most
exciting destinations for everything from skiing to bear spotting. Here we visit Whistler
Blackcomb and experience downhill ski or snowboard ride a Gondola in the mountains visit
Whistler town for shopping in the evening and return back to hotel .

DAY 11

Visit (Banff) frozen Lake Louise Simply a must do for everyone traveling to the Canadian
Rockies, whether it is summer or winter is to visit Lake Louise. You'll have plenty of free time to
try snowshoeing, ice skating on the lake, take a sleigh ride along the lake or enjoy a hot
beverage inside the famous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Hotel with some time for shopping.
DAY 12

After breakfast drive to the city of Montreal Check in at the hotel Let's start the tour by walking
around old it is being one of the first cities in Canada, it is brimming with interesting stories.
Let's add a little more history to our day by visiting Pointe-a-Callière Museum. This museum of
archaeology and history has artefacts from First Nations of the Montreal area, and goes
through the history of the British and French arriving in Montreal.

DAY 13

After An American Breakfast At Hotel Proceed For Day Trip To Quebec City The Oldest City Of
Canada. On Arrival In Quebec City Explore The Historical Treasures On A Sightseeing Tour.
Quebec City Is The Only City In North America With City Walls And Gates Earning It A United
Nations World Heritage Site Distinction In 1985. See The Latin Quarter, Plains Of Abraham, The
Fortifications, The National Assembly, Place Royale, The Basilica. Later Return Back To
Montreal. Day Free For Leisure. Enjoy Dinner At Restaurant. Overnight Stay At Hotel.
DAY 14

Drive to Ottawa Ottawa has a beautiful natural geography and expanses of green space and
waterways, including the Rideau Canal which runs through the city. Check in to hotel. We'll
begin our tour at the Canadian Parliament Buildings located on the aptly named Parliament Hill,
which are stunning examples of Victorian grandeur. Built of sandstone, the three neo-Gothic
buildings stand out.

Answer: Chicago Convention (1944) established the framework for all future bilateral and
multilateral agreements for the use of international air spaces. The accord mandates that no
scheduled international flights can fly over or inside a State without the authorization of the
state. It led to the formation of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (1944) that came
up with a string of statutes called 'Freedoms of Air':

First Freedom of the Air: This allows airlines from Country A to fly through Country B's airspace
without landing. For examplel an Indigo aircraft flying from Delhi to Dubai that flies over
Pakistan andIran

Second Freedom of the Air: This right allows airlines from Country A to land in Country B for
abpurposes of refuelling, maintenance, etc. as long it doesn't involve deplaning or enplaning of

Third Freedom of the Air: This allows airlines from Country A to bring passengers

Indian passengers to the UK.

Fourth Freedom of the Air; This allows airlines from Country A to bring passengers

For example the rights granted by India to British Airways and Virgin Atlantic to ferry
passengers originating from India and similarly, for UK to allow Jet Airways and Air India to pick
up passengers from the UK.

Fifth Freedom of the Air: This allows airlines from Country A to bring passengers between
Country B and Country C as long as the flight originates in Country A.
For example Air New Zealand, based in New Zealand, is allowed to fly passengers between Los
Angeles in USA and London in UK because the flight originates in Auckland (New Zealand)

Sixth Freedom. The right to carry traffic from one state through the home country to a third
