resolver signal is converted to pulse signal by Welding power IF card).

The voltage for the motor power is provided to IPM. Normally, this voltage has DC290V,

The temperature goes up more than rated specification. All of safety input are monitored by double circuit due to safety for the operator. In case
This error will be detected thermal switch on the Sequencer card. one of double circuit contact shows opposite condition, this alarm will be detected. There
are many types of safety input like Emergency stop, Door stop and so on. The part of
message where has ********** shows which circuit has wrong status.

DC24V on the Sequencer card is not available. The DC24V come from Power card and Independent external axis has possibility to switch off servo power independently. And
will be provided to X22(24-1) connector on Sequencer card. The Sequencer card checks the servo off input are monitored by double circuit due to safety for the operator. In case
this DC24V is available or not. one of double circuit contact shows opposite condition, this alarm will be detected. The
information will be sent from External axis Power card to Backplane card by RS422 signal.
