Hello Sir,

Here is the best proposal to maintain the Sales & Development department of
your organization we are explaining the plan details for next 2 years.
As per our previous conversations and based on our company current situations
we are requesting to fulfill our initial requirements to grow our company and
achieve the target.

First of all we need some kind of initial requirements to grow step by step.
Firstly we need a strong management or person who can guide us and follow up
our monthly progress. Also we need a strong team and some resources like
minimum 5 person manpower for sales team. Currently we have 03 person also
we need extra 02 person for organize the sales team, and minimum 01 person for
development team.

Also we need some tools and resources like 3pcs new keyboards, 6 user anti-virus,
and promotional or membership fees for every months.
Then we need a strong budget backup achieve your expected targets.

Here is the initial plan for the 1st year.

We need the primary backup for 1st year, like Salary and resources cost for every months.
Now we are just collecting the maximum amount using minimum cost or zero cost and our
current management are not providing any kind of resources and expected salary to us.
If we get the best backup from your follow up we will be grow step by step now we are
achieving $1500 every month using the minimum cost like $100 or below $200, Now we are
requesting to you if you take over the company please give us at list 2 years to grow this
platform from scratch. We are explaining the plan for 1st year including the required team
members.
