While constant appreciation of my contributions here gave me that kick I needed,
one moment that stood out was when the review panel mentioned “This is the
best presentation we have ever seen from an intern”. At that moment,
I felt I was ready to move a mountain in my life.

“An open mind to continuously learn and unlearn is very important. It sums up my
internship journey at ABC with a beautiful climax, Bagging the PPO.

Summers at ABC went by a jiffy because as people say good times don't last
forever. I was new to the World of Analytics, but had the zeal to learn and make it
a career. Here, I experienced the Insurance & Mutual Fund sectors which were
JUPALLI NITESH new to me. In addition to my core project, I took the initiative to take on 3 more
projects. ABC nurtured me and provided both environment and knowledge in
IIM Shillong abundance to grow.”

“True to its culture, my 2- month internship at Aditya Birla Capital offered me a


world of opportunities. I fondly remember the first interaction with my reporting
manager wherein he told me about his open-door policy, and he was true to his
word. Constant feedback from my superiors pushed me to focus on my strengths
and weaknesses and encouraged me to push my boundaries.

During my internship, I had a strong sense of affiliation with the company and its
TANVI SARDA values, primarily because it allowed me to not only work on several projects but
NMIMS Mumbai also lead initiatives from start to finish.
In retrospect, the journey appears surreal.”
