Overview
Vijana Na Skills, a program operating under the umbrella of Keezy Arts, is a youth
development initiative designed to empower young individuals with the practical skills

and knowledge necessary for sustainable self-reliance. In a rapidly evolving world,


where employment opportunities are shifting, and technology is playing an increasingly
pivotal role, this program aims to equip youth with the tools they need to secure their
futures within the framework of arts , culture and social sustainability. Vijana Na Skills
addresses the challenges of unemployment, underemployment, and economic
instability faced by many young people globally. It leverages the resources, network, and
expertise of Keezy Arts to provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and support for
the youth, enabling them to become self-reliant and contribute to their communities'
economic growth.

Goals

● Equip Youth with Marketable Skills: Provide comprehensive training programs


that empower young individuals with practical skills in areas relevant to arts and
culture, entrepreneurship, vocational training, and digital literacy.
● Promote Entrepreneurship: Encourage and support young entrepreneurs to
create and grow their businesses within the arts and culture sector through
mentorship, access to resources, and networking opportunities.
● Foster Financial Literacy: Develop financial literacy programs to teach young
people how to manage their finances, save, and make informed financial
decisions within the context of their creative pursuits.
● Enhance Soft Skills: Offer workshops and training to improve soft skills such as

for success in the arts and culture sector.
