Typical Procedure of External Wall Tiling Application

1. After concrete casting, remove PVC tube and fill up all tie-bolt holes with
Approved non shrink grout; inspect the concrete if there’s any honeycomb
and crack condition, repair with approved non-shrink grout.
2. Water testing the tile bolt hole before commencement of work
3. Use high pressure water jet to remove the laitance and all contamination on
the concrete surface.
4. Apply spatter dash with Approved bonding agent and provide water curing
to the spatter dash for 4 days.
5. Check the strength and adhesion of the spatter before application of
external plaster.
6. Leveller to provide correct setting out for movement joint for plasterer
according to given drawings.
7. Apply external wall plaster by spraying method and provide curing for 4
days.
8. Check the soundness of the wall plaster using hamming method and
remove all defective wall plaster if found.
9. If no crack and hollow found of wall plastering, provide tile setting out and
EJ by Leveler.
10. Apply wall tile with Approved wall tile adhesive according to the
manufacturer’s instruction especially the water ratio, mixing method and
open time.
11. The tile adhesive should be applied to the wall plaster by thin bed method
and the back of the tile to ensure the tiles thoroughly fixed by tile adhesive.
12. Allow the Approved tile grout after the tiles fixed for at least 24 hours.
13. Carry out cleaning of the tiles at least 7 days after the fixing of the tiles.
14. Check tiling condition for damaged tiles and hollow spots according to the
specification and carry out replacement as required.
15. Carry out pull off test to selected locations according to the specification.
16. Apply Approved sealant to tile expansion joint
17. Carry out final inspection to the completed tiling work.

1. 基材處理

確保基面潔淨、結構堅固、平整，清除一切鬆散物或附著物如灰塵、油脂、油漆、塑膠、木屑、鐵釘、
鬆散砂漿和其他任何能夠影響粘結的物質。
確保所有的凹凸部位、線槽、水管、排水管、墊片等部位均做好保護措施。
基材須養護良好，基本無收縮現象。所有混凝土表面均須養護 7 天以上方可進行施工。
如有必要，在抹灰前先對牆、柱及梁做好角處的處理。
在施工前，須在施工前夜和施工前灑水預濕基材，確保無明水後方可施工。
2. 施工步驟

2.1 砂漿界面處理 - 撒沙仔（


撒沙仔（美特耐砂漿界面處理劑）

撒沙仔須施工在養護 7 天以上的混凝土基底上。
如抹灰厚度小於 10 亳米，撒沙仔砂漿界面處理無須進行。
如抹灰厚度大於 10 亳米，應對垂直牆面、柱面及梁面灑一層砂漿界面處理劑，作爲界面粘結增強處理。
混合比例如下：
50 公斤水泥 + 100 公斤砂+ 10 公升美特耐砂漿界面處理劑 + 15 公升水
(約 4 泥斗水泥+8 泥斗砂+1 泥斗美特耐砂漿界面處理劑+1.5 泥斗水)
(對水比例應視砂的含水量而作出相應及適合調整)
使用合適的電動攪拌器充分攪拌 5 至 7 分鐘時間。
採用傳統的甩漿工藝來施工。
美特耐砂漿界面處理劑的可施工時間爲 1 小時。

3. 工具清單

高壓水槍 (≥100 bar, 作清潔基面用)


700 轉/分電動攪拌器
50 升攪拌桶
傳統甩漿棒
4. 養護

美特耐産品 在正常條件下即可養護。如遇高溫乾燥天氣，建議灑水養護。
