Step 1: Refer Paysquare Welcome mail you must have received from [email protected]
Step 2: Click on Click Here URL. It will redirect you to password Creation page.
Step 3: With the help of password policy mention on the page, create your own new password.
Enter new password, enter confirm password, enter capcha and click on submit.
Important Note:
URL of welcome mail will expire after 7 days from the date you have received welcome mail.
Check your inbox as well as junk mail box for Paysquare’s welcome mail.
To Reset Password
1) Click on forgot password
2) Enter your login id
3) Click on go
4) Enter Capcha.
5) Click on submit.
6) You will receive email on your email id registered which is registered with paysquare.
7) With the help of click here available in email link you can reset password.
8) Enter new password, confirm password, enter capcha and submit page.
9) Try after 5 min to login with new password.

1) Employee Master:
Click on Employee, then click on employee master click on personal details to
update/add master details.
Enter your personal details, contact details, pan card, Addhar card details, updated qualification
details, bank details, Address details.
Then click on submit.
You will receive notification of data saved successfully.
Note: Under nomination select “Yes” if you want to nominate the member and also
specify the % of Nomination for all the particulars mentioned. Note that Total share for
all Particulars Nominees should add to 100%
Note: Any alternate Signature application can also be used to complete esign off.
To Add your dependence for medi-claim, follow the same process to add your dependence.
Upload Pan Card copy, Addhar Card copy, Qualification certificate, proof for bank details, Signed
appointment letter and nomination form.
Follow given below steps and repeat it to complete documents upload.
1) Click on employee Master
2) Click on documents
3) Click on Add New Document
4) Select from list document for and document, add remark if required.
5) Click on Attachment.
6) Browse and click on upload.
7) You will receive notification of document upload
8) Then click on back
9) Click on save and next to add another document.
10)Repeat the step from 4 to 9 till all documents uploaded.
11)As final step click on submit, once all documents uploaded.
Paysquare will validate all documents and confirm on the same. Document status appears approved
once this process completed by Paysquare
Click on Add New Query; Select Type of Query, priority, mention summary and detailed
description. And then save.
Check Status of Query once it appears closed, click on “View” icon as shown below to see the
response.
