Return Instructions

1. Print the invoice sent to the email address used to place the online order
2. If you received this order as a gift, please contact client services to receive a copy: [email protected] or

3. Simply pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the completed refund form indicating the reason for your return by
checking the appropriate code below. If you are returning more than one item, note the applicable reason code next to each listed
on the printed invoice you received via email.
4. Use the enclosed prepaid label and drop off at a local FedEx shipment or pickup location.
5. Track your return with the number listed on your return label. We recommend that you retain the return tracking number for your
records.
6. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has processed.

Please note: Returns are not available for Final Sale items, including Made to Order, personalized or customized items.
All complimentary returns are shipped standard ground. Please note that the return may take 7 to 10 business days to be processed once it
has arrived at our warehouse.
