Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive, your primary

Job Description

• Conduct thorough research on the IT industry, target markets,

• Good to have experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork,

• Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for
further engagement.

• Provide detailed information about leads to facilitate smooth


handovers.

• Possess excellent communication skills.

Skills Required

The hiring process for Trainees:

1. Technical Interview/Writing Test


2. HR Discussion

Training Period: 3 to 6 months (Depending on the knowledge & skills).

Stipend: 7000 to 12,000 INR per month (Depending on the performance during
the interview).

Agreement for Trainee/Freshers: 18 months of service agreement including


training period.

Employment: After completing the training period successfully, the


candidate's overall performance will be evaluated. A candidate will be given a
job offer based on his/her performance. The salary range will be between
2,40,000 to 3,60,000 INR per annum. In case the candidate is not selected due
to performance issues, he/she is provided with a certificate of training.

Total Working Hours/ Timings: 8.5 hours per day - Flexible Timings.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
