MCB bank plays a significant role in developing of economy providing a large

amount of job to people of Pakistan. And provides easy access to the community for
their transactions

MCB bank is one of the leading organization that are privatized and it is also one the
oldest bank of Pakistan. The bank offeres ttractive product and services. In my
internship time period, I found that the staff of the MCB is very hard working and
MCB is one of the best banks of Pakistan. The staffs is also well mannered .For better
performance of the organization, the bank have hired a expert and professional staff
and they are always trying to bring new ideas and facilitate the customers through
modern ways .MCB staff has and loyal attitude towards their work with zeal and
enthuasiasm. Banking sectors are playing a catalyst role in developing the economy of
a country .Being an intern I found MCB team cooperative. The internship is very
important for the student because from this internship a person can analyze the
organization and along with it he/she can analyze their own capabilities .in a better
way

35
5.2 Recommendations

At first I think they need some of the young talent /fresh graduates because some
of employees are not well known with the latest technology so there is high
workload on existing employees therefore they lag behind . If they hired a young
employee in this way their workload would be lessened.

1. They have to acquire some new system because some of the existence system is
not working in the rush time

2. Manager has to properly concentrate on the promotion etc. because some

employees are still having a same post from a many year.

3. I think they have to arrange a monthly basis meeting and all employees discuss the
issues which occur in the branch or to the employee and find out a proper solution
of the problem

4. Internal audit system must improve for the betterment of the organization

5. There must be reward system in each and every branch of the bank and for the
employees to get relief from the tension for those employees which doing a best
effort for the betterment of organization

6. The most important thing is the training they have to arrange a training session for
the new employee to increase their efficiency and productivity

7. Salaries of employee some employee has a very low salaries and they are not
enough for his requirement so the organization have to focus on this. This is very
important aspect which effect the employee’s productivity

8. Reward system must be on the merit

9. The bank has to provide the facilities of pick and drop system for the better
utilization of time and also provide allowances to make their employee loyal,
sincere toward organization means provide all the basic need.
