l. Summary :

Project Title: Purchase of Printer


Proposal Date: 08/10/2024
Proponents: Ella Mae B. Fulleros – Committee on Education

ll. Background/Rationale
Printer is an important tool for the students for it aids in making paper works faster. The
Sk Officials ensures the quality education for the learners of Barangay Madlawon by providing
them free printing services. Additionally, we work that all the needed tools and equipment will
be provided to our learners. Print is an integral part for learning experience, students need to be
able to print whether it is worksheet, printed activities and project. Some students suffer
financially due to the high rate/ fee of some printing services. One way to aid this problem is to
purchase a printer and provide a printing service located at our Barangay Hall.

lll. Goals/Objective
The objective of this project is to lessen the expenses of the students when it comes to
printing. We, the Sangguniang Kabataan decided to pursue this proposal to help and support
the students’ extra expenses in terms of printing services. This would highly motivate learners
to finish their school works since printing has became more convenient for them.

V. Benefits of the Project


Purchasing a printer will help the students who doesn’t have enough money by having free
photocopy and printing.

Vl. Methodology
The project will take into action once all of the preparations are finished. The Sangguniang
Kabataan of the Barangay Madlawon will have a discussion about the completion and benefits of
purchasing a printer. Choosing a supplier will also take into consideration as part of the preparation.
Next to that is ensuring that the Sk Budget have enough fund fort buying the appliance. Lastly is
assessing and maintaining if the printer is working.
