WITHOUT GST TOTAL AMOUNT: 132,000.00

HMS Terms and Conditions:

1. If GST Bill is required 18% extra will added in the bill and Payment will be done on
name of HMS Facility Services only.
2. If GST Bill not required then payment will be done via self cheque.
3. Payment should be made before 8th of every month.
4. If any issues for residents with HMS Staff it should be informed to supervisor.
5. Our Housekeeping team should not be used for any inter kitchen works or any
other personal works.
6. Security also should not be used for any personal works.
7. In case any Electrical or plumbling work our security should not be used.
8. Our Security and Housekeeping team except their responsibilities they are not
responsible for any other activities.
9. For housekeeping team if any tools are required we will providing for that extra
charge will be applicable.
10. Weekly twice field officer facility for checking security will be provided.
11. One month will be notice period for our maintenance services.

Security and Housekeeping Responsibilities:

1. Security service will be available for 24 hrs in two shifts i.e first 12 hrs per shift
with one person and next 12 hours with another another person. In case of any
emergency one person only will carry out with 2 shifts.
2. Security will maintain all gate and visitor entries.
3. Security will maintain parcel services that are visiting apartment.
4. Housekeeping will be available for 8hrs in a day.
5. Housekeeping will maintain all common area cleaning and garbage collection
daily.
6. Housekeeping Materials will be provided by us, but extra charges will be
applicable.
7. Housekeeping will have all Sunday as holiday.

8. If any couriers from Govt will not have any entry it will be informed to commitee.

9. Couriers and parcels will be allowed inside only if residents gives permission
through app or phone call. In case of any emergency if residents are not available
to take it should be informed to security to take and hold the parcel with
security. We will hold parcel for 4 days with security if it is not taken within 4days
it will handovered to committe.

10. Security will verify if all vehicles are properly parked or not.

11. Housekeeping will be available from 9am to 5pm.

STP Maintenance, Pest Control and Garden Maintenance Responsibilities:

1. Pest Control will be maintained 12 times in a month i.e. in alternate days.


2. STP will be maintained daily.
3. If any problem with the STP motor it your responsibility, we will get it repaired
done but extra charges applicable.
4. STP Chemical will be provided by us.
5. If any Electrical problem, Plumbing Problem or any Motor problem it’s your
responsibility, if we are doing it extra charges will be applicable.
Supervisor Responsibilities:

1. Security maintenance, that includes all security related work will be verified
2. Housekeeping maintenance includes all housekeeping related work will be
verified
3. Vendor maintenance will be verified
4. Lift AMC Maintenance verification will be done regularly
5. All electrical work registered will be checked regularly and get it done with
technician properly.
6. All Plumbing work registered will be checked regularly and get it done with
technician properly.
7. All common area work registered will be checked regularly and get it done with
respective person properly.
8. If any leakages or any electrical issues in the building will be checked regularly
and get it done with respective person properly
9. Parking area and Gardening will be regularly monitored.
10. If any material required, we will get possible number of quotations and proceed
further based on approval of committee.
