ERPNext - SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION

ERPNext is a web-based ERP software that has been listed as the best software in the world
by many online blogs. Trusted by users across 90+ countries and available in 35+ languages,
ERPNext is a simple, powerful, and comprehensive ERP solution that is affordable, easy to
use, and can be hosted on the cloud or on-premises. ERPNext assists companies with
accounting, project and task management, sales, purchase, inventory, CRM, administration,
human resource management, and manufacturing.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Pogliano Busbar, a manufacturing company, is looking to implement the ERPNext system
using Frappe Cloud Services to enhance and automate their operations. They aim to integrate
multiple modules, including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Assets, Projects, Manufacturing,
and HR & Payroll, with fewer than 20 users accessing the system.

Their manufacturing process involves tracking copper consumption, which is differentiated

by 10 fixed sizes, on a daily basis. Once finished goods are produced, serial numbers are
assigned for product identification, and warranties are tracked by these serial numbers.

One of their main challenges lies in the Project Management module, where they face
difficulties in tracking project progress.

Additionally, they need the HR and Payroll module to manage 61 employees, and
procurement activities are to be aligned with specific projects. The company's workflow
includes the following stages: enquiry, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), estimation, quotation,
distributor sending the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), and finally, project execution.

3. Consulting Services as recommended in this Proposal are based on our standard

practice for each Application Software Package/s.

4. Internet connectivity is mandatory for any remote installation & support. Customer
has to ensure that reliable Internet connectivity is available for remote connectivity.

 5. Any dispute arising out of the performance or interpretation of this Proposal or
arising there from or related thereto in any manner whatsoever, shall be finally
settled by arbitration, in accordance with the provisions set forth under the Dubai
courts Arbitration Rules, by a panel of arbitrator/s to be appointed by Dubai Courts,
in compliance with the Dubai Courts Arbitration.

6. Rules. Arbitration proceedings will be held in English language, within the

jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. The judgment
rendered by the arbitrator/s of the DIFC Courts, shall be binding and enforceable. In
agreeing to arbitration, customer and we acknowledge that each of us is waiving our
right to have the dispute decided in the courts of law before a judge and shall instead
accept the use of arbitration procedures for the resolution of any disputes arising out
of the performance or interpretation of the scope, terms, and conditions of this
Proposal, subject to English language common law.
