The School Improvement Plan (SIP) of Ora East Elementary

School was conceptualized and framed in response to RA 9155
also known as the Governance in Basic Education Act. The
formulation of a SIP caters the development and improvement of
the school through shared responsibilities of the school and the
community it serves. It is along this line that the school tapped
all the stakeholders for a collaborative endeavor to attain the

standards set by the Department of Education.

In every organization, vision sharing is very important because

it creates a sense of commonality and gives coherence to diverse
activities. It also gives chances to everyone to work together and 1

creates identity and a sense of purpose. In short, an organization

with a shared vision can firmly exist and always in a right
direction.

SPT of Ora East Elementary School had their vision sharing

on March 2024 at Grade II room to create a development plan
that will be carried out by school stakeholders.
It was started with a prayer through an audio-visual presentation.
Then Mrs. Helen P. Del Castillo, School Head, welcomed the
team for attending the said activity. He also gave a reintroduction or
review on how to formulate a comprehensive School Improvement
Plan (SIP).
After which, the SPT watched again instructional videos for
them to have a clearer and better understanding about SIP.
It was followed by sharing of visions and ideas.
Mrs. Melanie P. Fontejon, GPTA President and Parent
Representative, made mention that they are always willing to
support all the programs, projects, and activities of the school as
long as for the welfare of the learners.
Jhiro Luigi A. Toje, SPG President, said that he is happy that
face to face classes is implemented . According to him, staying or
learning in school is much happier and better than modular
instruction.
It was told by Mrs. Myrna P. Tabin, Alumni Representative &
Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, that we continue tapping alumni of

the school and other potential partners.

Mrs. Marites T. Pugal suggested that we should think of
income generating projects so that we have something to use for
any school activity.
Mrs. Nena Palacpac, Member of Barangay Education
Committee, promised that they will support all school activities and
the budget of barangay allocated for education will be utilized
properly.

The vision sharing was very fruitful because the participants

gave their own ideas, opinions, and suggestions.
The interest of internal stakeholders especially the pupils is
the first and foremost concern of OEES. Thus, stakeholders commit
themselves to work hardly and dedicatedly for the successful
implementation of programs, projects and activities which are
aligned to DepEd vision, mission, and core values.
