ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN PROJECT SAP


SY 2022 – 2023

I. INTRODUCTION

Project SAP (Stakeholders Active Participation) is a project that mainly


focus on the numbers of stakeholders participated in the programs and projects
of school. It was established last school year 2020-2021.
Based on the reports last SY 2021-2022, the school has active
engagement with the community and have more support from stakeholders
compared to the last report school year 2020-2021.

This is a continuous challenge to the school as we need to increase the


number of our stakeholders. Due to the pandemic started last SY 2020, it becomes
more challenging as we need to observe safety protocols given by the
government. We need to implement less contact from our stakeholders. As we
started SY 2021-2022, we come up with ways to gain our stakeholders trust to
support our schools projects and program this SY. 2022-2023. We will continue
what we started due to its success and effectivity specially during this face to face
classes.
II. Objective

To increase the number of donors/stakeholders for SY 2022-2023.

III. HIGHLIGHTS

In 2020, Saint Gregory Elementary School launched Project SAP


(Stakeholders Active Participation) - a program in response to increase the
numbers of stakeholders. The primary goal of this program is to encourage
stakeholders to engage more in our projects and program.
This School Year 2022-2023 we come up with pre-implementation by
posting information through Facebook and messenger to encourage
stakeholders, we also send request letter to prospective donors. As we
implement our project, we provide deed of donations signed by the donors and
giving out certificates as token of appreciation. For the post implementation we
conduct a Virtual Recognition of Stakeholders or “Donors Stakeholders Day.”
The result of our implementation shows that we achieved more active
stakeholders and donors for SY. 2022-2023.
V. RECOMMENDATION

As we continuously experiencing pandemic and still observing safety


protocols, we should come up with more interesting strategies to encourage
stakeholders.

VI. CONCLUSION

Project SAP for SY. 2022-2023 shows a positive outcome that we still
need to continue for the improvement of our school, our learners experience and
also to strengthen the relationship between the school and stakeholders.
