Dear Ma’am Grace,

Warm greetings!
The Bagaba-o Elementary School is once again embarking on its annual Brigada Eskwela, a
nationwide initiative spearheaded by the Department of Education (DepEd) aimed at preparing
our school for the upcoming academic year. This event is scheduled to take place from July 22,
2024 to July 26, 2024, and we are excited to invite you to join us in this significant endeavor.
Brigada Eskwela, also known as the National Schools Maintenance Week, mobilizes various
sectors of society to contribute their time, effort, and resources to ensure that our schools are
safe, clean, and conducive to learning. This collective effort not only addresses immediate
physical needs but also fosters a spirit of community and shared responsibility for the
education of our youth.
As a valued stakeholder, your participation and support are crucial to the success of this
initiative. We would be honored if you could join us during this week-long activity. Your
involvement can range from providing manpower for cleaning and repair works, donating
materials and supplies, or even sharing your expertise in relevant areas.
Here are some of the ways you can contribute:
1. Volunteering: Participate in on-site cleaning, painting, and/or minor repairs.
2. Donations: Provide cleaning materials, paint, construction supplies, and other necessities.
3. Expertise: Offer your skills in specific areas such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
4. Financial Support: Monetary contributions that can be used for purchasing needed supplies.
Your engagement in Brigada Eskwela will not only help improve our school facilities but also
inspire our students, parents, and the entire community. Together, we can create a better
learning environment that fosters academic excellence and holistic development for our
children.
