I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you on behalf of Sangguniang
Barangay and the teaching force of Bagaba-o Elementary School, Leyte II District, Bagaba-o, Leyte, Leyte,
with a humble request for your financial support and assistance in our ongoing project to establish conducive
classrooms/facilities within our premises, particularly, the construction of genderized comfort rooms.

As prime partners of Bagaba-o Elementary School, we strive to support and provide the best learning
environment for our children, focusing not only on their educational development but also on their overall well-
being. With this vision in mind, we have undertaken the initiative to create a conducive, hygienic school where
students can have meaningful learnings, ensuring conducive environment throughout the day with proper
health and sanitation facilities.

To successfully establish the ongoing project, we are in need of financial support/assistance for the
procurement of construction materials and the likes. We have already identified the space within our school
premises, and our dedicated team of volunteers and stakeholders are prepared to undertake the construction
project. However, we are currently facing a shortage of budget to fully implement our ongoing project.
Understanding the remarkable work your good office has accomplished in the field, we are reaching out to you
with the hope that you would consider extending your support to our noble cause. By providing us with
financial support, you would play a crucial role in improving the well-being and educational outcomes of our
students.

We kindly request your good office to consider making a donation of the aforementioned project. Any
