“A RESOLUTION TODONATE ENC FUNDS TO MINSU SCHOLARS ”


WHEREAS, Every Nation Campus (ENC), as one of organization in the university, aims to
provide student-centered activities that would develop the overall well-being of its constituents;
WHEREAS, Article II, Section 3 of Every Nation Campus Constitution and By-laws, states the
mission of the organization is to train and empower students for LIFE which stands for
Leadership, Integrity, Faith, and Excellence.

WHEREAS, We want to impart our belief that every young person has a potential for
leadership, and this can be best developed by first learning how to serve others. Also, we want to
impart our belief that faith in God is important in guiding a young person into maturity. These are
different expressions & manifestations of this faith, but what matters is that it is a real and
dynamic part of their lives.

WHEREAS, this activity will utilize cash amounting to NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
SEVENTY EIGTH PESOS ONLY (P9,878.00)

WHEREAS, during the 4TH session of the Every Nation Campus’ Officers, after a thorough
discussion and clarification, the body unanimously agreed and approved the resolution;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to request the approval of the “A RESOLUTION TO


DONATE ENC FUNDSTO MINSU SCHOLARS”

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the office of the USG
President, JHON RENZEL ADEVA , to the Student Organization and Activities In-Charge,
CHARMAINE S. GUNO, to the Student Affairs and Services Coordinator, ADELIO D. CUETO, and
to the MCC Campus Executive Director, ELVI C. ESCAREZ, Ph.D. for consideration and immediate
action.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this AUGUST 28, 2024 at the ENC Student Center, Brgy. San
Vicente East, Calapan City on motion by JOVAN DENZEL DIMAALA Hon. Vice Chairperson, duly
seconded by the majority of the August Body.
I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING
RESOLUTION WAS ENACTED AND APPROVED BY
THE EVERY NATION CAMPUS IN A REGULAR
SESSION HELD ON TO THE DATE AND PLACE FIRST
