AFFIDAVIT / UNDERTAKING

here by solemnly affirm that I have attempted Intermediate and waiting for final result. If I
considered for the admission on first year result basis, I will submit my result before
commencement of class. In case of failure my admission may be cancelled. I will not claim any
objection in this regards,

Further,
(a) If I am admitted in , I shall abide by all the rules and regulations of the -
S.B.B.U. Shaheed Benazirabad as applicable from time to time.
(b) I have never been convicted by a court of law nor has a case ever been registered against me.
(c) I shall, throughout the period of my study, not indulge in any activity, which is subversive
anywhere.
(d) I am neither registered nor shall I register simultaneously for any other degree program
anywhere.
(e) If anything is found contrary to above against me, the University shall have the right to cancel
my admission.
(2) Further, I undertake to refrain from
(a) Doing anything which may cause injury or insult to Head of institution, teachers, officers and
other staff of the University.
(b) Indulging in any kind of unfair means, malpractice in examinations and coercion by any
means.
(c) Bringing or keeping any type of weapons within the university premises.
(d) All such acts and deeds as might bring disgrace and bad name to the University.
(e) I shall not claim any fee refund.
(f) I shall abide by all the policies changes of in time.
