APPLICATION FOR THE INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF TYPHOON SOLAR SYSTEM

This Application is made at Lahore by TYPHOON Solar Energy (PVT) Ltd

By and Between

TYPHOON SOLAR ENERGY (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company duly registered under the laws of Pakistan with its registered office
located 12 B1 PGECHS, Lahore (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”)

30,400,000in cheque (Total Payment).
(Contractor and Client are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties” or singularly as “Party”).

WHEREAS:

i. The Contractor is in the business of developing and supplying Solar System Solutions (“400kw Solar System”);
ii. In view of the above each Party would like to work together under this agreement in order to implement the System with
the capacities 400KW Solar Panels and 400Kw On-Grid Inverter to be used by the Client at the given address:
Mureedke
iii. The Client will pay payment as per terms enclosed in this agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of each party’s engagement under this Agreement, the parties agree as follow:

1. System Parameters:

1.1. System which is an On-Grid and Hybrid type will be used for alternate energy arrangements during the course of day.
1.2. The System will be with 400KW Solar Panels and 400Kw On-Grid Inverter.
1.3. One (1) year free-of-cost O&M service from Intelli HUB, and Client will be provided with the basic level maintenance
manual. Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be signed after completion of 1 years.

2. Contractor responsibility shall include:

2.1. To supply and install the system at the address of Customer (project location)
2.2. To ensure its personal shall respond within twenty four (24) hours in the event of breakdown, however, complaints
logged after 6pm be treated on the next working day.
2.3. To plan preventive maintenance during the trial period. I.e. before project handing over.

3. Client responsibilities shall include:

3.1. To install system security.
3.2. Ensure cleaning of solar panels which shall be a part of the operational maintenance to be performed by the
Client as per the agreed schedule and parameters provided in Annexure B
3.3. Ensure that the sites selected have WIFI connectivity.
3.4. Ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to any key components of the System.
3.5. Payment to Contractor as per agreed terms enclosed in this agreement.
3.6. Providing documents for Bank Leasing.
4. Scope of Work not included:
Any upgrades or rectifications to the existing electrical system of the building which includes, but is not limited to,
interconnection of distribution boxes (DBs) on different floors with each other, backup generator and ATS
integration, load breaker reassignments, and the associated material and labor for this scope of work will be borne
by the Customer.

5. Conflict Resolution:
The Parties enter into this Agreement in a spirit of mutual trust and intent that all unforeseen matters on issues that
arise, as the relationship evolves, will be resolved in a spirit of mutual understanding.

6. Terms and Termination:

This Agreement is made effective as of the last date of signature below (the “Effective Date”) between Contractor
and Client. If Contractor fails or does not install system as per agreement, then the Contractor is liable to give back
to the Client all amount that is paid till that date. If client refuses to install system after the signing of this agreement,
the amount paid to Contractor will be reverted back to client after deducting the cost incurred to the Contractor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized
representatives, on the date and year first above written.

Cleaning of Solar Panels:

To increase the average output solar panels should be clean at least twice in a week if environment is dusty.

Following considerations must be followed when cleaning the solar panels.

● Panel should be cleaned at dawn or at dusk.

● Moist cloth should be used to clean solar panels.
● Gloves should be worn while cleaning to avoid any cuts due to sharp edges of solar panels and frames.
● Viper with enhancement rod should be used to clean panels if installed at non reachable heights.
Keep yourself away from the safety railings while cleaning to avoid any dizziness felt, if installed at heights.
