7.Growatt and Buyer shall each retain responsibility for its compliance with all applicable Sanctions. Buyer hereby
acknowledges that: (i) Growatt shall not be required by the terms of this Sales Contract to be directly or indirectly
involved in any activities that are prohibited by applicable Sanctions; (ii) Growatt’s will comply with all U.S., EU,
UN, Australia, the UK and other Sanctions that might be applicable to Growatt; and (iii) Growatt may take any
actions that it deems appropriate for it to maintain compliance with applicable Sanctions, including the immediate
termination of this Contract without any recourse by the Buyer; and (iv) Buyer hereby confirms that it will not take
any actions, including the sale, distribution or delivery of any products of the Group covered under this Sales
Contract that would cause the Group or Buyer to violate any applicable Sanctions, including but not limited to sale,
distribution or delivery of any products of the Group covered under this Sales Contract to any comprehensively
sanctioned countries/regions or sanctioned entities under applicable Sanctions.
