expensive. In this day and age, due to the modernization of our lives combined
with the unstoppable rate of inflation, the cost of living has become
unprecendentedly high. If people fail to earn enough income, they would largely
must endure sub-optimal living standards. As a result, they compromise their
mental health, ignoring the

a less competitive environment are often ones that can satisfy employees, which

result, once the financial state of a person is guaranteed, jobs that can provide
satisfaction and ensure happiness should be the choice rather than trying to plunge
themselves in a chaotic sea of pressure in higher paving occupations.

In conclusion, although there are controversial opinions on determining the role of
income and satisfaction in workplace, I think that a balance between these aspects
would be the ideal objective. While higher income sustains people through this
materialistic world, job satisfaction gives attachment that people can stick to on a
longer term basis.
