***This timing code can only be achieved if Part No. 3023224 Cam Gear is used with Part No. 143450, 152960, 3023227 or
3023229 Camshafts or Part No. 215966 Cam Gear is used with Part No. 3028462 Camshaft. See CPL-0558.
****Use steel shim, Part No. 3074499, and two 0.032 soft gaskets under the cam boxes.
*****For engines with dual overhead cams (Signature 600), there are no static timing values. A two digit numerical timing code used
to describe the reuseable timing wedge angle is described as: The degrees of angle of the timing wedges that are inserted to set the
relative position of the camshafts and camshaft drive gears to assure the correct timing of injectors and valves. Use a two position
numeric code, where the first digit represents the wedge angle for the injector side and the second digit represents the wedge angle
for the valve side.
