EXT. ROAD - DAY

SI Shankar is walking with a high pace, a map of a dead body


is present on the road with blood splats around. A constable
rushes towards him and salutes.

CONSTABLE
Sir, our Ashwin... how can they do
this to him? This is so fucked up.

SI SHANKAR
Don’t get emotional, if u wanna
cry, wear bangles and get the f out
of my crime scene.

SI Shankar points towards a person who is hunched and


captured by other policemen.

SI SHANKAR (CONT’D)
Who is that?

CONSTABLE
He is the one who called us... He
seems fishy though..

SI walks fast in direction of the guy.

SI SHANKAR
(Furiously grabbing his
collar)
You dare to murder a policeman? Too
daring huh?

BHAYANKAR
Murder? WTF no... I just wanna go
home, I shouldn’t have helped him
at all.

SI SHANKAR
Help uh? You think I am a fool?

Si shankar pins Bhayankar on a car bonet.

SI SHANKAR (CONT’D)
Tell me what happened in detail, if
you try to act smart next map will
be your body’s

BHAYANKAR
Sir, I just wanna go home I was
just being a good civilian. I did
not even realise he was stabbed.

SI SHANKAR
Oh so you are ahead of us, who told
you he was stabbed?

BHAYANKAR
It’s obvious... His blood is all
over my hands look here
(Showing his blood soiled
hands to SI)

SI SHANKAR
What exactly happened?

BHAYANKAR
I was passing by... He pointed his
thumb up, he was in a bad condition
sir... I thought he was asking for
lift. I stopped my bike and tried
to help in on, but he refused to
sit , he kept pointing his thumb up
and fainted. I couldn’t understand,
I thought he was asking for water
so I went to get a bottle from
there.
(Pointing towards a shop)
As I came back.. he was...

SI SHANKAR
(talking to constable
while Pointing to the
shop)
Ask him if he is saying the truth,
and if he is not bring my gun from
my car.

SI grabs Bhayankar by his neck and makes him sit inside the
car.

INT. CAR - DAY

SI starts interrogating Shankar and tortures him.

SI SHANKAR
I know you did it, I know how to
make you accept it.

BHAYANKAR
Sir! What sir, no... I haven’t done
anything..

Constable comes to window of the car.

CONSTABLE
Sir, people saw him helping
Ashwin...

SI Gets furious and asks Bhayankar to leave.

CONSTABLE (CONT’D)
Sir... The blood splats they came
from that building.

SI SHANKAR
What?

CONSTABLE
Yes...

SI SHANKAR
But what dows this mean?
(Doing the thumbs up sign)
Lets go!

SI shankar and constable drives into the society where the


blood splats was leading to.

INT.SOCIETY - DAY

SI leads confidently towards the cctv room while constable


keeps asking whats happening.

SI starts asking watchman to show footages of the lift.


(Offscreen sounds of
someone getting killed)

SI dwells into sorrow and somehow manages to keep himself up.


Constable starts to shout and cry in pain.

CONSTABLE
What? Noo how can he betray us.

Si raises up in anger.

SI SHANKAR
Let’s go, investigation is still on

Si puts on his cap and starts leading while constable


follows.
