IT Onboarding and Offboarding Process
Important:
- Before creating the Samanage ticket please ensure that the project has been registered
through the IT new project request from, to create a profile for the project.
o IT project request form
- *Project name must be selected under the subcategory drop-down list field. If the name
of the project is not on the list, that means there is no project profile created yet for the
project. New Project Request Form must be filled and submitted.
- **The first and last names must be on separate columns and in Excel or CSV format,
otherwise the automation will not be able to read the names properly and the accounts
must be created or transferred manually which adds to the turnaround time of request
completion.
- ***We have set an automation that automatically creates a suspend access ticket
request on the project end date based on UTC time and date (a day after, PH Time).
Project Requester (person who filled and submitted the New Project Request Form) will
receive an automated message via Teams asking to confirm the suspension of the
accounts. If the the project requester did not respond or make a selection, project
support team will proceed in suspending the accounts.
Please note
- That for non-flex contributors Offboarding and onboarding will still need to be followed,
through Samanage.
