INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED IN PREPARING PBL
REPORT
 The PBL be submitted in A4 size.
 Number of copies to be submitted: 1

 A4 size paper should be used for the preparation of the PBL Report. The report
shall be properly bound (Soft Bounding).
 Printing should be done on one side of the paper and text should be justified on
each page.
 Should not underline the heading/subheadings and should not put colons ( : ) in
headings or subheadings
Font
1. Chapter Names - 16 Times New Roman (bold)
2. Headings - 14 Times New Roman (bold)
3. Sub headings - 14 Times New Roman (bold)
4. Sub-sub headings - 12 Times New Roman (bold)
5. Body of Report - 12 Times New Roman
6. Diagrams / Table headings /
Fig. Headings - 12 Times New Roman Title case
Spacing
1. 2 line spacing between heading and Body of Text.
2. 1.5 line spacing in body text.
3. New paragraphs start with single tab.
