GENERAL GUIDELINES

Phase I: Online Idea Submission

1. Eligibility
Open to an individual or a team (max. 4 members).
Participants must register their team on the given registration link.
2. Team Composition
Teams can consist of 1-4 members.
One team can register in max 2 domains.
3. Submission Requirements
Submissions must include a detailed project proposal in the PDF format.
All submissions must be in English.
The proposal should include the problem statement, proposed solution,
potential impact and Technology used.
4. Deadline
All submissions must be received by the mentioned dates.
5. Judging and Selection
A panel of experts will review all submissions.
Selected teams will be notified as per the schedule and invited to
participate in Phase II.

Phase II: Offline Event


1. Location
The offline event will take place at University Campus, informing teams via
mail who qualify the Phase I.
2. Participation Requirements
Selected teams from Phase I must confirm their participation within the time
frame as being notified via mail.
The team must attend the offline event in person and carry their college
I- Card during the event.
3. Event Structure
The offline event will run for two Days.
The team has to present their idea in-front of the panel of judges on Day 1 for
their feedback.
Those who qualify in Day 1, have to showcase their idea with presentation to
the panel of judges on Day 2 with feedback incorporated.
4. Resources Provided
Access to Lab with high-speed internet and workspaces.
No additional hardware/software will be provided by the university.
5. Judging Criteria
Innovation: Continued emphasis on novelty and creativity.
Presentation: Quality of the final presentation.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must adhere to a code of conduct promoting respect, inclusivity,
and fair competition.
Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or harassment will result in disqualification.
7. Travel and Accommodation
Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses.
Accommodation is on paid basis and choice based.
