Executive Summary

Bella Vita is a general partnership that sells Vera Bliss Lotion. It offers the needs of our

customers in affordable price.

Bella Vita company ideal target customers are teenagers, beach lovers and other people

who are conscious about their skin.

The business is established in the year 2024 and it will be located at National Highway,

Barangay San Manuel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, inside the Robinson’s Mall. The Vera

Bliss Lotion cost P299.00 per piece to reach our target market and sales. The business is owned

by Beverly Ann T. Llaniguez, John Lester U. Ambasa, Ronell J. Betita and Marione Kurt

Salvador. Each partner has an equal responsibility in marketing, management, and operation.

Each partner also provided money, time, and expertise and shared Php 40,000.00 with the total

of Php. 160,000.00 fix for starting up the business.

The company will promote the product through digital advertising and the distribution of

flyers. The company will launch a social media page like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

where buyers can learn about the benefits and features of the product.

The Bella Vita's Vera Bliss Lotion shop can be found in front of the supermarket on the

first floor of Robinson's Mall. The product is accessible to walk-in clients and distributed

in selected city malls or shops.


Introduction

People love to use many products in their body that will satisfy their wants. They are

looking for affordable yet have good quality and benefits for their skins.

Lotion is a versatile skincare product designed to hydrate and nourish the skin. It has a

creamy or liquid form and is made from mixture of oils, water, and other healthy components

including vitamins, moisturizing agents, and plant extracts. Lotions have various uses; they can

be used to protect the skin from the sun, soothe inflammation, and moisturize dry skin. They may

be used on the face and body on a regular basis because they are frequently lightweight and

readily absorbed. With so many different formulas available, there's a lotion for practically any

skin type and issue, including aging and sensitive skin. Application on a regular basis can

improve the look, soothe the skin, and support skin health.

It provides emotional advantages in besides physical hydration. Citrus scents are believed

to lift the spirits and give you more energy. Citrus is a great option for mid-day pick-me-ups or

morning rituals since its scent has been known to bring out sensations of happiness and renewal

in many people. Lotion application becomes a self-care ritual that enables people to take a break

from their hectic days and focus on themselves.

Vera Bliss Lotion designed to nourish your skin while enveloping you in a vibrant citrus

scent. This lightweight formula absorbs quickly, leaving your skin soft, smooth, and radiant.

Perfect for daily use, it restores and elevates, making every application a sensory delight.

The company noticed the problem for teenagers and beach lovers, most of them need a

product that will protect their skin at direct sunlight. So, the Vera Bliss Lotion was best product

for them since it has Vitamin C that helps combat free radicals and promotes healthy skin.
Name of the Propose Product

The company Bella Vita proposes a product called Vera Bliss Lotion. The name is chosen

to emphasize the product’s authenticity and to show-off the new lotion in the market.

Location

The business will be established on the year 2024; It is located at National Highway, Barangay

San Manuel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, inside the Robinson’s Mall. The Bella Vita

company plans to rent a space inside the said mall to accommodate our target markets.

 To achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 stars within a year.

 To generate one hundred thousand sales every month.

Bella Vita is dedicated to satisfying the needs and wants of our consumers by showing

good customer service and product quality. To give our customers the best selection, lowest price

and greatest ease.

Bella Vita visualizes to be a successful brand in producing best and high-quality lotion in

the market.

Company Ownership

The business is owned by Beverly Ann T. Llaniguez, John Lester U. Ambasa, Ronell

Betita and Marione Kurt Salvador with a general partnership. Each partner has an equal

responsibility in marketing, accounting, management, and operation. Each partner also

contributed money, time, and skills. Each partnered contributed Php 40,000.00 with the total of

Php. 160,000.00 that will be allocated for the business license and permit, space rents, utilities,

promotion for the business to operate effectively, and for inventory needed to start the business.

Vera Bliss Lotion is recently developed skincare product with a refreshing blend designed

to invigorate your senses while delivering deep moisture. This lotion combines the uplifting

scent of citrus fruits with a nourishing formula that leaves your skin feeling revitalized and

radiant.

The product consists of water, citrus essential oils (Sweet Orange Oil, Lemon Oil, and

Grapefruit Oil) shea butter, coconut oil, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, xanthan gum, phenoxyethanol,

vitamin E, vitamin C, niacinamide (Vitamin B3), aloe vera extract and citrus scents.

The unique formula is rich in natural moisturizers such as shea butter and coconut oil,

ensuring your skin stays hydrated and supple throughout the day. The lightweight texture absorbs

quickly, leaving no greasy residue behind. Enhanced with vitamins E, C and B3, this helps

The product being presented to the market is Vera Bliss Lotion. It is enough to satisfy the

costumer’s wants in a skincare product and it is prepared with same amount per bottles to meet

the costumer’s satisfaction. The business packages its products in biodegradable cartons or

boxes. The purpose of fun package design is to create interest in customers and the brand logo is

set strategically in the center to help customers see and recall it.

Price

The Vera Bliss Lotion costs Php299.00 per piece. For every piece of Vera Bliss Lotion

purchased, the customer will receive one (1) free whitening soap. The company set the price of

the product using Competition-based pricing and psychological pricing. This means that the

price of the product is based on the competitors price points. Competition-based pricing was used
by making the product price lower than our competitors to provide the most affordable choice. In

contrast, psychological pricing used to persuade clients to increase their spending or setting

prices lower than a whole number — for example, Php299 is perceived as “cheaper” than

Php300.

Place

The Bella Vita’s Vera Bliss Lotion is located at the first floor of the Robinson’s Mall in

front of the supermarket. The product is available for walk-in customers and selected malls or

stores in the city.

Promotion

The company will promote the product through a mix of digital advertising and

distribution of flyers. The company will launch a social media page like Facebook, Instagram,

TikTok, and YouTube where customers can learn about the benefits and features of the product

and where daily updates about promotions and company events will be shown as part of our

digital advertisement to grab the attention of the viewers.
