This is carried out through a comination of desktop analsis and modelling, as


well as detailed site surves. Desktop analsis consists of using computational
fluid dnamics in detail to model existing cooler conditions, and see if there are
an immediatel visile prolems in the undle in relation to flow and
distriution.

In addition to this detailed on site surves can e carried out through


engineers that have had over 15 ears of experience with air cooler operations.
This will allow the analsis of further potential prolems, such as cleaning
techniques or examination of damaged air seals/partition plates. On site smoke
tests can also e carried out for further analsis.

2. QUANTIFY TH PRFORMANC PROLM


After the process simulation through CFD and other modelling techniques and
site surves are carried out, CALGAVIN engineers will compile a
comprehensive report on the prolems identified. This will include evaluations
of heat loss and resulting performance reduction, to enale clients to clearl
understand how these prolems are affecting their processes and plant
economics.

This report can determine the most efficient course of action  exploring
possiilities for improvement either through adjusting existing equipment or
potentiall suggesting new designs. These avenues will e reseached and
considered  engineers with extensive experience in these fields, with the
client constraints on cost, plot space, dut and further features all having
determining effects on what will e analsed for improvements.

3. PCIFY AND IMPLMNT OLUTION


Upon review with the client and determining the est courses of action,
CALGAVIN will then specif which solutions will est meet the client needs.
These solutions will then e installed and implemented, with CALGAVIN
providing supervision throughout installation for an solutions.

A performance review will then e carried out, allowing the client to clearl
estalish what enefit has een acheived from the solutions provided. This
quantifing of results will improve understanding of plant performance and help
further in development of future processes and increasing efficienc of existing
plants.
