 6:40 a.m. - Arrival and Signing Attendance Book I
arrived early in the morning and the day begins
promptly at 6:50 a.m. when I arrive at the school
premises. Upon entering, I proceed to the
administrative office to sign the attendance book,
which is a crucial step in maintaining records of staff
presence for accountability and payroll purposes. This
practice ensures that all staff members are accounted
for before the day’s activities commence.then I started
to supervise the morning cleanliness of school compus
and facilities since I was teacher on duty for this week.
8:50-10-10 a.m- I joined the lesson with form 1D by
guiding and making the correction of the revision
exercise left in the previous lesson almost covering the
3 end topic of form 1 syllabus such as matter,
scientific procedures such question are how
evaporation is applied at home, example of element
whose chemical symbol originate from Latin word,
examples of change for both physical and chemical
change, to explain scientific procedures in series, and
examples to respective classes of fire and their
appropriate extinguishers. 10:10 a.m. - Break Time
(10:10 - 10.25a.m) this time to recharge with my

fellow department teachers available we interact
together and get prepared for incoming lesson and as
the staff we agreed together to participate intensively
with students in teaching and to make sure they
understand the lesson taught. 12:40p.m- I also
involved in the schedule of supervising exam of form
four students, I supervised them clearly and I make
sure every students done his / her work individual in
order to prove effectively their studying capacity and
self confidence within examination room. 1:10-
04:30p:m- I did the inspection of notes, good
appearance of exercise books, in form 1E so as they
can get spiritual to study themselves even at home and
hence to improve the academic status and vision.
05:00 p.m. - Dispersing from stadium of sports and
game to home. Finally, at 3:30 p.m., I re-enforce them
to study hard for maintaining proper position of
academic issues ,attending early in the morning with
proper school uniform, self cleanliness, health
maintaining by such physical exercises we did and
ensuring good nutrition and discipline then with my
fellow teachers we allowed them to disappear and the
day ended .

on cleanliness; I gathered the students I ensure them to
do well cleanliness effectively and on right time so as
we can not interfere class timetable and the cleanliness
was well conducted and school compus was clean.
8:00 a.m; I prepare more bank of questions to provide
in the next period in form 1A and also I did more
inspection of my details to ensure concrete preparation
for my self and we'll teaching practices to my
students. 9:30a.m- all as Teachers on duty(T.O.D) we
pass through classes to provide punishment to students

students within this week and further more incoming
weeks. 10:10 a.m. - Break Time (10:10 - 10.25a.m)
this time to recharge with my fellow department
teachers available we interact together and get
prepared for incoming lesson and as the staff we
agreed together to participate intensively with students
in teaching and to make sure they understand the
lesson taught. 12:40-2.00p.m; I also involved in the
schedule of supervising form two students in
cleanliness of their classes and proper arrangement for
the incoming regional mock exam,and I provide
cancelling to them to have confidence and pass
through of what they have been taught since form 1 up
to form 2 syllabus. Finally, at 3:30 p.m., I ensure the
students to come early in the morning then I re-enforce
them to study hard for maintaining proper position of
academic issues ,attending early in the morning with
proper school uniform, self cleanliness, health
maintaining by such physical exercises we did and
ensuring good nutrition and discipline then with my
fellow teachers we allowed them to disappear and the
day ended .

schedule of supervising form two students in their
session of doing regional mock since I was teacher on
duty. Finally, at 3:30 p.m., I ensure the students to
come early in the morning then I re-enforce them to
study hard for maintaining proper position of academic
issues ,attending early in the morning with proper
school uniform, self cleanliness, health maintaining by
such physical exercises we did and ensuring good
nutrition and discipline and also I ensure them to
Cooperate together so as they can achieve their goals
together then with my fellow teachers we allowed
them to disappear and the day ended .
 6:55a.m- Arrival and signing in the daily attendance
book, I arrived early on time and sign to enure my
presence at school. 7:00a.m- I gathered together with
students to provide instructions about cleanliness of
the school compound they they disappear immediately
to start their duties after announcement. 7:40-8:30a.m -
I marked the homework I gave to students of form 1C
in the previous lesson ,I assessed that mostly of
students understood the lesson since they performed
well. And few of them require me to solve more so as
they can be able to tackle more question. 10:10a.m- I
joined together with my teachers to get the breakfast
4 3 Friday 2024/08/09 8 and to recharge before proceeding with extra duties.
11:45a.m- I was involved in punishment of students
who fail in the test paper of chemistry subject they did.
1:30 - 2:30p.m- As I was teacher on duty this week I
take my time to fill the presence details of students and
to make the checkup of present and absentees of
students to know their whole performance and
attending in the weekly T.O.D's book. 3.30p.m-
I prepare my self to go home since the day ended and I
Insisted the next week to increase punctuality ,come
early in the morning, ensure cleanliness of body health
and school uniform and study more for preparations of
midterm test.
