Answer: The potential importance of data explosion
through Software data analysis provide a rich source of
information that can be transformed into new, useful,
valid and human understandable knowledge, using it to
support decision making in a wide variety of fields :
agriculture, commerce, education environment finance,
government, industry, medicine, transport and social
care.
Several companies around the world are realizing the
gold mine they have and the potential of these data to
support their work , reduce waste and dangerous and
tedious work activities and increase the value of their
products and their profits.
2.Define software Data analysis and underline
the elements responsible for improving the
responsibilities of health workers.
Answer: Software data analysis – is define as the process
of cleaning, transforming and interpreting data to
uncover insight, patterns and trends.
3.Why data analysis is important in public
health? States any three (3) importance.
Answer: Data analysis is important because it work
across various health sectors an industries.
Three importance includes:
1. Risk management – Data analysis mitigate risk by
identifying risk factors and enabling proactive
measures to minimize impacts.
2. Performances Evaluation – Data analysis allow
organization to evaluate performances track
progress, and measure success by analyzing key
performance indicators ( KPI) an other relevant
metrics.
3. Decision making – Data analysis provide valuable
insight that supports informed decision making,
enabling organizations to make data driven
choices for better outcomes.
