1. Do you have any hobbies?


=> Yes, of course. One of my hobbies is reading books. I often read
books in my free time with many different genres such as novels, stories,
and skill development books. I find it the most relaxing time after a
period of studying and working hard. It helps me relieve stress, in
addition to increasing my vocabulary and knowledge.

2. Do you join in any clubs at your school?


=> Yes, I do. I was take part in the chemistry club in high school and now
I'm running for several clubs at school. I think joining the club brings a
lot of benefits to me, it helps me study, improve my skills, and is also a
way to relieve stress, expand relationships, help myself be open-minded,
blend in with everyone ( hòa nhập vs mn )

3. Why do some people hate taking part in extracurricular activities at


school?

=> There are many reason for that. Because I think many students have
busy schedules, balancing academic responsibilities, part-time jobs,
family. Some students may not find the available extracurricular activities
appealing or may not have a strong interest in sports, clubs, or other
organized activities. Many students are introverted, not to contact the
outside world, and cannot integrate into a crowded environment. Or
certain activities may require fees for uniforms, supplies, or travel, which
could be a barrier ( rào cản) for some students and some others reason

4. What do you like to do in your free time?

=> In my free time, I often listen to music or read books to relax and
reduce stress. It helps me balance my life, stimulates my brain, and
especially it makes me feel happier and love life more.

5. What equipment do you need to play your favourite sport?


=> Volleyball is my favorite sport. It is quite an interesting sport and
requires skill and dynamism. But the playing equipment is extremely
simple, only consisting of an air volleyball of moderate size, and two
poles to stretch the net, and possibly a knee pad to avoid injury.

6. Do you like listening to music?


=> Yes, of course. I often listen to music in my free time and when I feel
tired, it helps me relax, reduce stress, and stimulate my brain. Or when I
have trouble sleeping at night, I also choose to listen to music to help me
fall asleep

7. Is it important to have a hobby?

=> Yes, it is. I think having a hobby is important. It provides relaxation,


fosters personal growth, and can lead to valuable social connections, have
the chance to improve my mental health when taking part in several
leisure activities. It adds balance and richness to our lives.

8. Is it harmful to spend too much time on a hobby?


=> I think spending time on hobbies is very good, but if you spend too
much time on hobbies, it will bring negative effects such as people will
neglect their studies or work, gradually. will form the habit of being lazy,
not wanting to work

9. What did you often do in your free time when you were a kid?

=> When I was young, most of my free time and after school, I went out
with my friends in the neighborhood. We often played childhood games
like jumping rope, cooking, chasing each other, hide and seek, or
sometimes even playing. water, teasing the neighbor's dog. That was also
the most fun and innocent time that I still remember forever

1. What free-time activity is the most popular for Vietnamese young


people?

=> According to my observations, most of the free time of young people


in Vietnam is hanging out with friends, going to cafes, going out to eat or
drink, or the current trend is called healing. It provides an opportunity for
them to relax, chat, connect with friends, and build relationship
