External Ambient Conditions in Strategic HR Management:

It’s very crucial for EcoForEveryone to hire the right people, because the company’s
competitive advantage heavily depends on the innovation in renewable energy technology
and this area is also marked by rapid advancement and intensifying competition. Well trained
or highly skilful employees can develop the cutting-edge products for the company, such as
efficient solar cells and advanced energy storage solution and keep the company’s pace with
the latest technological trends. However, EcoForEveryone also needs to add new faces in their
HRM team. In this rapidly growing competitive market, the company must make sure that
their strategy is well enough to compete in this highly competitive market.

• Internal Ambient Condition: include factors that the company can influence, such as
corporate culture, organizational structure, and the quality of HR practices
(Hungenberg, 2012). Moreover, EcoForEveryone must establish some efficient HR
